Role Summary/Purpose: The Domain Leader (Thermal Systems) demonstrates accountability for functional, business, and broad company objectives. In this role, you will integrate and develop processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues within your functional area of expertise, be involved in long-term planning, and contribute to the overall business strategy
Essential Responsibilities:
    The geographic area covered will be defined as the countries in Europe including Russia, Central Asia, Turkey & Israel. Involvement in other countries (ie, global basis) will be occasionally required as key European accounts trigger global initiatives.

    - Create Value Solution quotations while working together with the broader Commercial team.
    • Configure and refine Value Solutions as a part of operations to aid field sales win rate
    • Interface with Technical Marketing & Commercial Engineering to leverage their expertise to create value proposition for customer. Specific focus will be on Caustic concentration opportunities.
      Essential Responsibilities

    • Drive continuous efficiencies through the sharing of best practices
    • Participate in training of Commercial Development team as required
    • Establish proper visibility of our products by attending appropriate technical conferences, writing and delivering technical papers, etc
    • Metrics. There will be an agreed bookings target for the regional market. The sales manager incentive program will be applied to incentivize and drive performance.
    • Travel. As this is a European wide role, it is expected that the successful applicant will travel approximately one week a month. Some months will require more than one week and some less but as an average 10-12 trips a year is expected

Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college
  • Strong experience within Sales, Product Management, Technical Marketing, Engineering and/or Field Sales.
