Role Summary/Purpose: The Product Integration Center (PIC) team provides sustaining effort for the M601 turboprop; supports the launch of the H80 product introduction and EIS; initiation and execution of new product development for the H85 growth engine as well as development efforts for PIC products. The Engine Integration Design Engineer will provide engine installation support, interact with customers and select the best solution on base of customer requirements.
Essential Responsibilities:
  • Create Interface Control Drawings/Documents
  • Recommend approach to meet technical requirements relates to engine installation into airframe
  • Conduct research on new and available technologies for engine integration
  • Support overall engine control system development programs including conceptual design, proposal preparation, customer interactions, and program planning
  • Write engine manuals and technical guidance with regard to engine control and operability
  • Respond to engine problems through anticipated developed action plans and provided timely communications on significant issues or developments
  • Interacted with co-workers within engineering organization community to establish and communicate best practices, latest technical breakthroughs, and contributions
  • Demonstrate good communication skill, technological and analytical solution for his work within engine control systems and externals
  • Participate as a presenter in technical and program reviews
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
  • Knowledge of 3D CAD System UG or relevant CAD System and engineering software is desirable
  • Proven record of customer exposure experience
  • Project management skills
  • Good proficiency in reading/writing in English language is a must
  • Ability to communicate with all levels of the organization, team worker
